The 2022 APMSA Mid-Winter House of Delegates will be held on February 4-5, 2022 at PICA's headquarters in Franklin, TN. We are looking forward to welcoming you in-person. 

The meeting will tentatively run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT on Friday, February 4 with dinner and an awards ceremony to follow at 6:30 PM CT and Saturday, February 5 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM CT. 

A virtual orientation for 1st year delegates will be held on January 29 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET. The orientation is mandatory for 1st year delegates so please mark your calendars. Login information will be emailed to all 1st year delegates. 

Due to uncertainty with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, APMSA is not holding the Academic & Athletic Conference in conjunction with the Mid-Winter House of Delegates in 2022. 

Hotel & Air Travel
APMSA makes all hotel reservations for all attendees regardless of whether the room is being covered by the Association. All registrants need to indicate arrival and departure dates as well as roommate preferences, if desired, during the online registration process. 

All Board of Trustees and Advisory Council (3rd and 4th year Delegates only) members’ airfare MUST be arranged through APMSA’s official travel agency, ATC Travel Management. Contact ATC via phone at 800-458-9383 or email at reservations@atcmeetings.com to schedule your travel. Tell the agent you are attending the APMSA 2022 Mid-Winter House of Delegates meeting. Be prepared to provide your date of birth, name as it appears on your government issued ID, gender, phone contact the day of travel, email address, and seat preference. ATC hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET. The deadline for making reservations is Monday, December 20. APMSA is not responsible for Board or Advisory members' travel cost should they fail to make reservations after the deadline.
