Heather Keith is the Executive Director for the American Podiatric Medical Students’ Association. Ms. Keith joined APMSA in December 2016. She is responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the association including member relations, external representation, policy development and governance, strategic planning, finances and administration, development and corporate relations, and publications and communications.
Ms. Keith has 25+ years of association experience and brings extensive knowledge in all aspects of volunteer-governed organizations, including operations management, meeting planning, advocacy, marketing, and information technology. In previous positions, she was responsible for directing operations, finance, and meeting planning programs.
Ms. Keith has a B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. She is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organization Management (IOM), which is a senior-level professional development program. She served on the Board of Regents for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce West Institute from 2010 to 2014. She is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives.
Kim Vouzikas is the Director of Special Projects for the American Podiatric Medical Students' Association (APMSA). Ms. Vouzikas received her marketing degree from the University of Maryland. She comes to the APMSA with 20+ years of broad range work experiences in marketing, advertising, organizational and medical practice management, and communications.
As APMSA's Director of Special Projects, Ms. Vouzikas supports the APMSA executive director and serves as the associations webmaster. In addition, Ms. Vouzikas handles program management and member relations, working directly with all APMSA constituents.
